Every time I return from the Kripalu center I feel much more hopeful and positive than usual. While I was there leading my Running For Yogis workshop I was lucky to speak with a bunch of interesting people. One of the themes of the week was hope, and whether it is good to be hopeful. After reflecting on the conversations I had I decided to share my thoughts in this video:
What do you think? Should we lower our expectations to avoid getting our feelings hurt? Or should we keep our hopes high and build our resilience so we can keep moving forward after set backs?
