A workshop for all levels and abilities. This workshop is great for both runners and walkers. This is an entry level workshop designed to ease you into the principles and practices of yoga. The goal is for your body and mind to feel better after the workshop so we will not be doing a lot of vigorous physical activity. 

Many see yoga as a way to heal or recover from the damage and pain that running can cause. Ryan Miller teaches you how to avoid that pain completely, and how to combine running and yoga practices to increase the ease and effectiveness of both. Experience running like a yogi and feel your stride becoming much more gentle, fluid, and relaxing.

Suitable for all levels of runners and yogis, even complete novices, Running for Yogis presents the material in a relaxed, easy-to-understand manner. Have no fear about long, grueling runs—the group always stays together and no one is ever left behind.
