Ryan Miller has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years. Focusing on stress reduction and relaxation, Ryan has taught hundreds of runners, walkers, team athletes, and corporate superstars how to include yoga in their lives to reduce stress and improve their performance. The practice of Yoga has enabled Ryan to help runners get over nagging injuries and improve their training and racing. Ryan also spent 13 years working at New Balance Athletics where he shared the gift of yoga with his co-workers.

All of the exercises we teach are easy to do...however they are also easy NOT to do!
